ABOUT ME

About me

Here, we approach the body as an interconnected ecosystem. Through nutrition, creative exploration, and movement, I help you unravel modern stress and step into a more organic rhythm.

Live life at your own pace.

ABOUT

A practice shaped by attention, slowness, and lived experience.

Thank you for being here! Let me introduce myself: I’m Andrea, a Nutritionist. I believe that when it comes to looking after your health, it’s impossible to treat symptoms in isolation. That’s why I founded The Common Body: a space dedicated to integrative nutrition and designed to help you understand how your digestive health, hormonal balance and nervous system interact in response to the demands of everyday life. My training combines a degree in Nutrition with a postgraduate qualification in Art Therapy. In my clinical practice, this translates into my own unique approach: I use clinical nutrition as the cornerstone of health, and enrich it with somatic movement techniques and creative processes to break down modern-day stress and bring the body back into balance.

During our consultations, we’ll work online on a personalised basis to restore your digestive, metabolic and hormonal health without strict rules. Nutrition is always the foundation of our work; from there, and depending on your specific needs, we’ll incorporate mindful movement practices and art therapy techniques. My aim is to provide you with practical resources, tailored to you, so that you can regain control of your own health.

Body, mind, and environment—one ecosystem, always in conversation.
